Hi! I'm hoping someone will have an answer for me. I've only recently started to try my hand at making gifs, but my problem is they seem to come out choppy. I think I'm using a decent amount of frames (40+) but I feel like the problem is I use PowerDVD 8 and am physically unable to cap fast enough.

I use PowerDVD to take my screencaps and I was just wondering if there's anyway to convert them in into .jpg files without having to do it in Photoshop. Whenever I take my screencaps, they're in .bmp files and it's annoying because I can't upload them then. If anyone has a solution, please let me know. Thanks!

i noticed, due to someone else's tutorial on mini movie icons, that there is a capture feature in PSP. However, when I use it with Pwr DVD4, the captures end up being like when you try to 'print screen' to screen cap a dvd. Do i need to actually pause pwr dvd first, before using PSP's hot key for the capture, or does pwr dvd not work with the ( Read more... )
